The present work provides an analysis of the Agency Experts Company, in order to improve and make the management of the company more efficient. For this, the so-called strategic plan was used, which includes all the guidelines and actions that will guide the future action of the company, as well as a description of positions according to the organizational structure of the company. The strategic plan is an action program that consists of clarifying what we intend to achieve and how we intend to achieve it. This programming is embodied in a consensus document where we specify the major decisions that will guide our progress towards better management. Stage I of report contemplates a complete SWOT analysis of the institution, which exposes all the Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses and Threats, which were found at the beginning of the investigation and represent the basis of the rest of the report and the proposals that were made. will deliver to improve the management of this. Stage II is a complete proposal of the development plan and includes reformulations and proposals to the Mission, Vision, Values, Strategic Objectives, Strategies and Action Plans in order to improve the guidelines on which the acting of the service is based. Stage III is the tool that will serve for the management control itself, and includes the Perspectives and Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
